Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Deposit Policy
We completely understand that unexpected situations happen. Your deposit may be transferred one time if you reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.
After your first reschedule, a new deposit is required for any additional rescheduling, regardless of how much notice is given.
If your appointment is missed (no-show), your deposit is automatically forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Same-day cancellations are subject to cancellation fees.
